Enterprise Intelligence Institute Appoints Patrick J. Doliny as Board Chair and Executive Director
Accomplished technology and cybersecurity executive will lead EII's mission to advance the science and professional practice of Enterprise Intelligence.
The Enterprise Intelligence Institute announces the appointment of Patrick J. Doliny as Board Chair and Executive Director. Doliny, a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive and retired USMC lieutenant colonel, will guide the Institute's governance, strategic direction and institutional development.
MIAMI, FL — September 21, 2026 — The Enterprise Intelligence Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick J. Doliny as Board Chair and Executive Director.
In this founding leadership role, Doliny will guide the Institute's governance, strategic direction and institutional development. He will lead EII's work to establish Enterprise Intelligence as a recognized discipline and professional practice for improving organizational health, resilience, intelligence and Mission Readiness.
Doliny is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive whose career spans private industry, higher education, government, entrepreneurship and military service. He is the founder and CEO of dōlogiic, an Enterprise Intelligence company, and the creator of the Clinical Cybersecurity Framework, which applies clinical thinking to the assessment, protection and continuous conditioning of the modern enterprise.
His leadership has been recognized through the Foundry CSO Cybersecurity Award and his selection as a Top 15 finalist for the inaugural TIME and Commvault CISO of the Year. He is also a retired United States Marine Corps lieutenant colonel.

As Board Chair, Doliny will lead the Institute's governance and help ensure that its work remains independent, credible and aligned with the public interest. As Executive Director, he will oversee EII's operations, partnerships, research agenda, educational initiatives, membership community and global chapter development.
The Institute will bring together executives, practitioners, researchers, educators, public-sector leaders and innovators to advance responsible artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital trust, enterprise wellness and human-centered decision-making.
The appointment follows EII's Founding Assembly on September 18, 2026, which marked the beginning of its work to build a global institution for the emerging field of Enterprise Intelligence.
