Enterprise Success Framework Working Group
Researching how enterprises convert purpose, capability and intelligence into sustainable success.
The Enterprise Success Framework Working Group brings together executives, practitioners, researchers, academics and organizational leaders to investigate how enterprises translate purpose, people, capabilities, intelligence, technology, resources and relationships into sustainable stakeholder value and mission outcomes.
"The Working Group does not exist to prove ESF correct. It exists to determine what is useful, measurable, repeatable, defensible, and what evidence supports or challenges the framework."
Define, research, challenge, measure, test, pilot, refine, document, validate, expose for review, adjudicate comments, and recommend for approval the Enterprise Success Framework.
"Is the enterprise successfully converting its purpose, people, capabilities, intelligence, technology, relationships and resources into sustainable stakeholder value and mission outcomes?"
Enterprise Success is not simply what an organization achieves today. It is the demonstrated ability to continuously convert purpose, people, capabilities and intelligence into sustainable value and mission outcomes while retaining the capacity to adapt and succeed tomorrow.
The Enterprise Success Framework examines whether the enterprise is translating its purpose, people, capabilities, intelligence, resources and relationships into sustainable value and mission outcomes.
