Clinical Decision and Coordination System Working Group
Disciplined judgment. Coordinated action. Continuous readiness.
The EII CDCS Working Group brings together practitioners, leaders, researchers, and educators to develop, review, pilot, release, teach, and improve the Clinical Decision and Coordination System β a shared operating framework for disciplined enterprise judgment and coordinated action.
"The Working Group does not exist to prove CDCS correct. It exists to determine what is useful, measurable, repeatable, defensible, and what evidence supports or challenges the framework."
Develop, test, and maintain a shared operating framework that helps people and AI-supported teams understand enterprise conditions, evaluate evidence, coordinate interventions, and adapt when circumstances change.
Enterprise decisions increasingly involve AI, competing evidence, and cascading consequences. CDCS provides a structured, challengeable method for making defensible decisions under uncertainty β and for coordinating action when conditions change.
